Dr. Matthew Hancock spoke at two back-to-back conferences. First, Dr. Hancock spoke about “Modeling and Simulation of Microfluidic Devices” at the Lab-on-a-Chip and Microfluidics World Congress 2018, which took place in Coronado Island/San Diego, CA. Dr. Hancock discussed how an array of modeling tools such as scaling arguments, analytical formulas, and finite element simulations may be leveraged to address essential microfluidic device development issues. He also worked through a few examples in detail. The event was held October 1-3, 2018. Learn more about this conference and Dr. Hancock’s presentation.
Immediately following that event, Dr. Hancock spoke about “Modeling and Simulation of Microfluidic Organ-on-a-Chip Devices” at the Organ-on-a-Chip World Congress and 3D-Bioprinting 2018, which also took place in Coronado Island/San Diego, CA. The event was held October 4-5, 2018. Learn more about this event.
